As for your problem, I've seen it said that completely uninstalling the
outlook enhance app, then reinstalling it, will often fix this problem.

I'm having a somewhat similar issue with some messages in Outlook; WE fails
to read messages which don't contain pure text. Apparently the Outlook
enhance app is not working correctly. 

I hope the developers can fix this issue.

Hi: I sometimes open a message and we reads nothing in the body.

When this happens we will not read anything in any other message body as
well.

I can read the message with the mouse keys but not the arrow keys nor read
to end and, then, only the first part of a message.

I am not able to get WE back reading messages by closing Outlook but if I
ReBood the computer WE starts working properly again.

Just another item to add to the laundry list I guess.

Has anyone else encountered this and do you have a better work-around?
