Hi, Yes try installing window-eyes 9.0 beta 3. I don't see this problem with window-eyes 8.4 but I would install the beta and see if this corrects your problem. Are you sure that you are running window-eyes 8.4. 8.0 has this problem with windows 8.1. remember that windows 8.1 was not available when window-eyes 8.0 was relieved. Hth
