Pam. Pam, This has been an ongoing problem with WLM. There are several other problems with WLM also. I have been hoping that the problems with WLM will be addressed with WE 9 but have not heard a word about it. I’ve asked, but not received an answer. In order to preserve my many multiple email lists when I went from XP to Windows 7, I had to use WLM. Maybe GW Micro is not going to spend any time on WLM as when Windows 10 comes out, they will probably have a new system for us to learn.
