Running the WE beta 3 on a Win 8.1 system using IE 11.
On what seems to be a random thing I will go toa web page and begin
reading the page with either the arrow keys or tab key. WE will stop
speaking what is on the web page. If I tab away and back it still won't
speak. If I close IE WE will speak such things as the start screen but
if I go back to IE nothing speaks. If I tab to the system tray we is
there but you can not open the WE user interface with control backslash
or hitting enter on the WE entry in the system tray. If I use control
alt w to restart speech seems to be normal.
