I would like to report a problem I am encountering when doing a fresh install of WE for Office 9.0. I have uninstalled the product, re-downloaded, and verified that this does not happen when installing the evaluation of WE 9.0. In addition, this does not -happen using an install of WE for Office 8.4, and upgrading to WE 9.0. Again, this only happens when doing a fresh install. After running the file "WindowEyesForOfficeEnglish9000.exe", the computer restarts, then, WE appears to start normally, even running the quick start wizard. However, WE fails to read even very basic system dialogs, not even reading the desktop. When focus lands on the desktop, WE sometimes says, "Program Manager", but, then, it says "no selected item" with the press of any of the arrow keys. If I press alt-f4 from the desktop, Windows prompts me with shutdown options. We does not read this dialog either. I cannot read any Explorer windows, when opening a folder. I had to use NVDA to read the window which lets me select a program to uninstall. Also, When restarting WE, WE normally brings up the "Tip of the Day" message. This is not happening with a fresh install of "WindowEyesForOfficeEnglish9000.exe" Again, let me stress that this does not happen with the evaluation version of WE, nor if doing an upgrade from 8.4.
