F8 copy does work as expected, but you get, depdending on the size of the copy, an eronious message “unable to copy”; but, the copy actually occurs.
The annoying thing about F8 Copy, as I have pointed out to GW Micro several times, is that you may prefer to copy only Unicode text or ordinary text, as in Word. Presently, you need to perform an F8 copy, go to a Word document, and invoke the Special Paste feature to get only the text. If I wanted to work with that further from there I could do so in word or notepad or whatever.
