I am getting the same message after the tool kit update just a few minutes
ago. I am using windows 7 on a 64 bit laptop and window eyes 8.4.

Ok, this is only in the tool kit but i for one want to know how to get rid
of it.
for now i have disabled all aps because that sure is anoying.
it is in the gwtoolkit 8.57 this did not show up in the prior version of the
tool kit.
It is kind of interesting that this message is spoken, please help fix this!
