Don,

Go to http://www.gwmicro.com and go to the first line. This line is a link and says "skip to main content". You can find this text with no problem. However, if you try and route the mouse it will say unable to route. If you grope the screen you won't find it. In fact, if you have a sighted person look at the screen they won't find it. The reason is this is a link that is off the screen which is on purpose. So bottom line, there are lots of cases where we can speak something that isn't actually visible on the screen. Another would be a graphic that is labeled with ARIA. The text of the label isn't on the screen to find.

Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 system and using IE 11.
On my brokers web site there is a activity function that I want to get to. If I use the WE find command and search for activity it indicates it has found it. I then try to route the mouse to it with the insert plus keys and it does not land on it. Further if I try to use the mouse keys to find the word activity it isn't there. How does WE find command find it and it isn't really there or is it?
Thanks
