Have noticed when using the control alt 0 keys to enable and or disable
the insert key app that on quite a bit of occasions the keyboard on my
laptop is all screwed up meaning some keys won't work. I have the
keyboard layout set to desktop. Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 system.
