What's crazy is that I had to use ie8 for one part of Amazon and ff34 for
another part of amazon. Because I couldn't navigate with the mouse in ff, I
had to enter a new credit card with both browsers. Because certain buttons
icons or clickables were only accessible with each browser. The non-mouse
use in ff definitely has to be fixed. It must be made a priority.

Subject: Product feedback on Amazon (again)

Hi all
Some have said they can see the star rating required to leave feedback
on Amazon, and some can't.
I can now be a bit more specific.
Using W-E9 and the latest Firefox, I see the star rating when submitting
product feedback, but not when submitting packaging feedback.
Why they would use different controls on those 2 pages I can't imagine,
but that seems to be the case.
If anyone can confirm this or, even better, explain what the difference
is, I'd be grateful, and even more grateful if there's a way to solve
this. The feedback itself is no big deal, but invisible controls annoy
me.
