Hi: That does not sound good. I read up on it a little and it sounded like it may be problematic with all the virtual desktops and other things from a screen reader users viewpoint.
Anyway, I have no clue how the screen reader vendors are suppose to keep up with all these crazy changes. Wild swings in UI are a good way to drive pros who want UI stability nuts.
