Windows 10 is still in development. The only way to download a copy is
if you sign up as a window's insider. Microsoft is planning to roll it
out to those who own Windows 7 and higher as an optional free upgrade
this fall.
If you download a development version, as I understand it, you will have
to reinstall the final release version when it comes out.
