Hi, I know, but that what I got. I did CTRL, ALT, W just now and W E did shut down except when it restarted I had two voices for just a few seconds then just the one, but before I was able to do anything I had to shut down W E and then restart it.

Sometimes while I’m using the arrow keys to read a webpage or and email, suddenly WE will just stop responding. Most of the time I can alt, tab around back to what I was reading and WE will start reading again. A few time however, I’ve had to restart my PC to get speech back.
