Hi, Bill - I have cleared out most of the Lenovo pre-loaded programs I could find. Also, the phenomenon happens on both the Lenovo desktop and the Samsung netbook with about the same frequency. The common background program on the machines is Windows security. Thanks - Ed

Ever since I installed the version of c cleaner that includes active monitoring, about five or six minutes after I boot my machine, focus jumps to c cleaner in the middle of whatever I'm doing. I have configured a few Lenovo machines, and they tend to have many Lenovo apps running and many of them are not accessible. The desktop is a Lenovo Thinkbox and the netbook is a Samsung N150. I have tried to make sure that the mouse pointer is not anywhere near any button or anything else that includes "OK" in its text or label. It has me stumped ... but that's not hard to do when dealing with computers and applications! Ed J. I suspect a system utility common to both computers is stealing focus on occasion.
