The link also works for me using FF 35. Be aware that, as with nearly all Amazon checkout pages, they send no indication whatsoever that anything has occurred once a link has been activated. In this specific case, move to the bottom of the page with Control-End after clicking the link, and begin moving up. You should find the options you are seeking at that point.

I pressed enter on the change shipping address link. Pressed control-end to move to the bottom of the page. Pressed shift-b to move to the previous button (it was unlabeled.) Pressed down arrow and saw my addresses in the address book. Located the address I wanted and hit enter on the ship to this address link. It changed the shipping address. However I aborted the process and didn’t complete the order as my mom probably didn’t want a hard drive. On another note. I just placed an order on Saturday using Firefox 35. I even tried using their accessible web port to complete the purchase, but it still needed sighted help. I called Amazon to let them know that their accessible web port was not blind friendly.
