Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 system.
When reading a web page by using either the mouse keys or arrow keys WE
9 will just stop responding and talking. This is happening at a very
unacceptable rate for a Program that states it is the most stable screen
reader.
In my humble opinion WE 9 was released before it should have been and
only hope that a update is soon coming to fix such bugs.
When speech stops WE does not generate a error report to be sent in.
