Hi Amy: Hold down your control and alt keys and press the up arrow key, that should turn your screen rightside up. There are key combinations that will turn the screen upside down or sideways. These keys can be disabled, and there's an article in the WE knowledge base about this, but I can't remember either its number or what to search for.
