I'm still using vista, so the highest is ie9, but ieven though my machine
exceeds the specs, for some unknown reason, it is super slow when first
opening, and it's also randomly slow when navigating to other pages or sites
even though it's already running. I might go from my home page (google) to
another page in the same tab and it is fine many times. But sometimes it is
extremely slow where it takes about 95 seconds literally to load the next
page. I also noticed that on my machine, when opening a link from outlook
2007, ie9 is always extremely slow taking about 105 seconds to load.

That's why I'm still using ie8. I really wanted to use ie9, but it's just
ridiculous so. Do you have any suggestions for getting ie9 to load faster?
I've tried launching with no addons running. I've tried re registering
certain dlls with some utilities. I've tried running msse to check for
viruses and no success there either.

Have you tried I.E. 10 or 11? I.E. 8 is the highest version for XP and I
don't know how well it works on a Windows 7 system.

Just a thought.
