Hi Brendon,
I use JAWS 15 as well as NVDA. At the time the problem occured, I also
had version 16 of JAWS installed, but I've just removed it since I
wasn't using it much anyway. JAWS 15 was the screen reader that would
launch after Windows started up, not during the logon screen. As far as
I can tell, I don't have any toolbars installed, though I've got a bunch
of Windows Live components, such as the Essentials product that I
believe contains Windows Live Mail. All that came with the computer when
I got it last year.
