Ok, I fixed the problem. I changed the program to not tell me it thought things were scams and I allowed mail to show text etc. This fixed both problems I was having. The only problem I have now is that to try to fix the conflict between thunderbird and windoweyes they disabled the keystroke for windoweyes and for now took it off the computer. I plan to put it back when I can think of a good hotkey, but for now ctrl alt w does not allow me to write with thunderbird. I just love windows 8, don't you?
