I just experience the same issue just this morning, exactly as explained below.

It was involve a client of mine.everything activated and we9.0 always asking 
for registration.

Please excuse the previous email where only half the message got sent, I have 
no idea what happened there. So I'm writing it out again.

I've downloaded and installed the window eyes from office, gone through the 
registration steps, and yet, Window Eyes is still seeing me as not registered. 
The website knows I'm registered, and that I have two computers activated. I 
was even issued with a serial number, which is PF01301503.

I've also purchased and activated the Eloquence synthesiser which ran smoothly. 
The only issue I now have this issue where every time window eyes tarts dialog 
letting me know that the copy of window eyes hasn't been registered. I've even 
gone into the about box and it shows me that I'm registered. So I'm completely 
at a loss here. Any help would be much appreciated.
