Hi. If I wanted to help someone troubleshoot a computer issue remotely
and they didn't have window-eyes, would teamviewer work and still let me
read their computer screen? or is there some other utility that would
work to help with that? Trying to help two technically challenged
sighted people is a pain remotely. any advice? Ok, besides go there and
not be remote, grin.
