Stephen, Hello.

Thank you for your email. Have you turned off the Windows Firewall found in
Control Panel and tried to relicense the product? If you haven't, please try
this with your virus Program disabled. Then re-enable the firewall if this
doesn't work from the same place found in Control Panel. Is this the brought
copy of Window Eyes or the office version? If it is the office version, what
version of Office do you have installed? And is it licensed correctly by
MS? I noticed from your email, that you are running Win XP still. Window
Eyes 9 doesn't support Win XP! So if these things do not work that I have
outlined in my above message, you will have to upgrade. MS has stopped
supporting Win XP and Office 2003 in 2014 and the expectation for MS's
customers is to upgrade to Win 7 or Win 8 or you can hold off until Win 10.
I know this is not the news you wanted to hear, but this is the changing way
of moving forward Technology.

Thank you.

Brendon Donohue.

I've turned off my virus scanner and have even uninstalled it, yes I
have installed all windows xp updates but it's still not working, I
only get the 30 minutes limit, it's still telling me the demo has expired.
