The error is coming from the toolkit, indicating that the calling script
is not providing the required information. Disable all your scripts,
then add them back one at a time to find the one causing the problem.

which script are you trying to update? Although it's an error flagged
by the Toolkit, it's probably caused by another script, since the
Toolkit is what provides any script with the mechanism for simple
automatic script update checking.
