try to  uninstall the script, make sure the ini file is not in the default 
user folder in the wineyes folder then reinstall the script and then shut 
down window eyes this should then bring the script back to life

the subject says it all.  Virtual view 3.1 is still not working
a description of the problem is as follows.
The default command of control+alt+v does not work.
You cannot open the help dialog to redefine the default hotkey.
A description of the system is as follows.
 Window-eyes  7.0 beta-2.
Windows vista service pack one.
GW toolkit 6.8.
Internet Explorer 8.0 Beta two.
I should note here I was having this problem.  Prior to installing Internet
Explorer Beta two.
Please let me know if any other system specifics would be helpful.
