Version 2.1 is in the works, which will solve this problem, and add some
new features.

i can create/remove them but the problem i am having is that i can not use
the control shift alt p and choose the hot spot i want to go to and either
press enter or tab over to the go to button and either space bar on it or
enter to make the hot spot script move me to the predeffined hot spot i all
ready created.

You can't move them, but you can remove and re-define them. The ability
to edit hot spots will come in a future version.
