I completely agree about the opportunity for java support. My job involves 
writing and maintaining java client/server based applications and the JAWS 
support (while improved over time) is still far less than what I know is 
possible through the java accessibility API.

I'd definitely agree with those Don mentioned in his note.
Java support is one I'd consider very important.  While Jaws supports Java I'd 
say it is marginal at best so here is an opportunity for Gwmicro to come up 
with something better.
