This dialogue is designed to protect Braille users from having their BRAILLE keyboard settings overwritten. it is safe to say yes to this dialogue. If you are not concerned about your Braille key settings being updated. in your case you are not concerned about this, because you do not have a Braille display, and in the event that you do get a Braille display it is probably a good idea for you to say yes to this dialogue. So the keys listed in the manual also be current for the keys on your display. I hope this helps -----Original Message----- From: Casey [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, September 22, 2008 7:33 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: during the install of the window eyes upgrade it is asking me about golbel braille settings and hot keys
I am currently installing the upgrade for window eyes 7.0 and it is at the point in which it is asking me about do I want it to install global hot keys and things like that for Braille it is in the part of the install after I have agreed to the license infact it is right after that. So do I need this or if I don't have a Braille display and don't think that I will be getting any soon should I just say no to that and move on? Or should I have it install them even if I don't need them? Casey If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
