I am aware of this issue, and I am fairly certain it is a bug in how
Window-Eyes changes synthesizers through its scripting interface. I have
already informed GW Micro about the problem.

The problem is when you change the sound card to a different sound cards
from the default then you switch voices. The synthesizer is reset to the
default soundcard.
What should happen is the voice roader should respect the soundcard
selected in the select synthesizers dialogue box.
