I finally got it to work. It did not work when I first installed 0.9.9. I had to remove Java completely and WE4Java and then re-install everything from scratch. I had had the JAB installed previously, but I checked the configuration file and it pointed to WE4Java. I don't know if that could have messed something up or not. Anyway, it is working fine now.
