Hi Aaron: I do not know what part of the code is in error, so I can only ask somebody to go into the Script manager, highlight the ProofReading script and look at the Hotkey Manager in Help And Options, then you'll find the problem. Then look at the Proofreading.ini file and find that all the hotkeys and their descriptions are listed the way they should be. Then look in the code at anything which determines what is listed in the Hotkey Manager and see if you can find a problem. I am sorry that I may be asking you to find the proverbial needle in a haystack but I really don't know how to narrow it down any further. Kevin Huber
