browse mode - am I just having a senior moment?

All,

I have a very large web form to complete that has over 180 questions. Each 
response is a combo box. When I hit enter to go out of browse mode to select my 
answer, that works fine. However, when I try to go back into browse mode to 
read the next question, I am taken back to the top of the page instead of 
coming back to where I was before I got out of browse. How can I update the 
combo box and yet get back to the point where I was so I can move on to the 
next question?
