I stumbled upon a COM interface to VirtualBox this morning using Immed:
Set v = CreateObject("VirtualBox.VirtualBox")
print v.Version
2.1.4

I'm not sure what you can really do with the VirtualBox object, but
there's lots of info to read through if you're interested.
