My answer to Jamal's first question was sufficient for him to determine the answers to his remaining questions. I knew it would be, and I said so. You'll note that he didn't reply with "well, yes, but you didn't answer my other questions." That's because I know Jamal well enough to know that he'd understand the implications of those files being generated by tlbimp. My answer wasn't snippy in the least, and it didn't contain any unnecessary digs at anyone's choice of technology, unlike some (lots of) other posts to this list of late. If answering technical questions accurately, quickly, and concisely on a technically-oriented mailing list isn't good PR, I really don't care to practice whatever "good PR" is by whatever bizarre definition you're using.

Hi Ron: You are a professional and it should matter to you whether you are a PR person or not. I don't like the snitty tone of this list which has developed over the last year or so. The technicals have been more and more replaced with personal, not so subtle, digs at folks who ask questions. There could be many reasons for it and I fully understand most of them. I will stop posting for awhile to clear the personal cobwebs I get from many of the posts and I would guess you guys at GW won't miss me very much. I will try and only jump in if there is some technical I can help with or someone mdirects a question to me.
