Hi chip: I downloaded VB.net 2010 Express and it changed the file extension to indicate a File type of "Text Template". When i clicked the tt file it just said "Access Denied". Actually I'm not sure if it was VB.net or my new version of 7.5 but one of them changed it. I just opened it with Team Talk and BAM! Back in business.
