WETranslator Is Alive Again

Hi Guys: Well, I skipped the SOAP, not in the bath, but in the app. - grin. Ya, 
just good old HTTPWebRequest...
OK, so I have the list of languages pulled from the service and my first string 
converted from English to French. Now to tidy up and make sure all the hooks 
into the LanguageHandler class are working as expected.
