Bruce,
I'm still not sure what you're referring to. It sounds now like you're
talking about MSAA. Can you tell me specifically what you're interested
in? That will help me get you the right information.
Thanks,
Aaron

Hi Aaron,
I just found the UI and it is an Accessible item and leaving for now and
will look at it later.
I also downloaded over 20 web sites on how to monitor the events. so, I
may have all I need but not sure.
So, the UI, monitoring events to know when things change and such, like
pressing the alt key into a ribbon and what event is triggered.
I have a long list of numbers and may have to place them in a case
statement. so, will look at it later, but to get into UI it is going to be
interesting.
so, let me know and I will get back on it later.
Note: The key failures and beeps could be related to the GW wait for key up
stuff, I read earlier...

Are you referring to Window-Eyes XML UI, or are you talking about UIA?

Hi!
OK, since UI is being used, is there a page, or link to go to to get
the
object model for the UI controls?
I have downloaded all the GW Micro has on 2003, and 2007 and now
there
is no place that I can see for any link to the UI object model version of
the same stuff. Just spent several hours looking.
But, as usual, there is always something the screen reader misses.
so, Doug or Aaron, can you send me the link that has the same stuff
as
2003 - 2007 has at Microsoft web sites?
When attempting to look into a ribbon program I ended up writing my
own
version of the same program you wrote on listing all classes or modules
inside a ribbon, but what next? The Windows10 keeps coming up, but nothing
under it, but more of the same...
