A little while back, we had a discussion on the lists, about the Automatic
notification of app updates. The result was, that GW built a routine for us, to
choose when we want to have update notifications displayed. Thanks GW.

I had set the notification rate for my system so that it would notify me next
week. Right now, as I turned on my computer, I made a manual check for updates.
This due to habital behavior of mine. Yes, it told me, there was a couple of
updates. GWToolkit, Hotspot and the WEDiag. Well, I started by installing the
GWToolkit update. And everything seemed to go well. The app installed as
expected.

But, then! Here comes up the update screen, asking me to select how often I
want the notifications of updates to popup. Namely the thing I had already set
to weekly. Bit puzzled why, and wonder if others have seen the same behavior.

My suggestion here would be, if GW could somehow store the choice the user
makes; so he doesn't have to make that kind of choice ever so often. Once set,
that probably is what the user really wants. He doesn't want to have to make
his choice of preference any given moment. GW, could this be fixed in further
updates?
