Hi Dave, I have not tested my fix for goldwave on any other machine other than my window 7 64 bit machine, so it was perhaps a little flippant for me to say to it was easy. I have fixed goldwave on my 64 bit laptop, and even added further functionality, and it works for me. However, if I were going to release the script I would have to further test the script across other platforms which I haven't done. I am IT team leader for a small user lead group of blind computer users and we have XP machines, so I am going to take the script today and test it on an win XP machine. As for Vista, I have no intensions or no way of testing it. I'll bet back to you once I have tested the script on a win XP machine. All so there's a grave difference in writing afew scripts for myself and thurghly enjoying teaching myself windo-eyes scripting, but another stepping up in to the big league and releasing ascript for other window-eyes users. Warm regards. Martin Webster.

Since the author has disappeared from the scripting the archives I think it's ok to sign it yourself I cancall gw if u like and ask Dave C.
