You get information for every control in your dialog through the dialog's event handler, which is detailed under the Dialog object in the Callbacks node in the App Developer Reference; the DialogEvent enum lists all of the common events you can receive (depending on the controls in your dialog). For trackbars, that includes trackbarLineUp, trackbarLineDown, trackbarPageUp, trackbarPageDown, trackbarTop, trackbarBottom, and trackbarEndTrack. Whenever you receive any of these events, you can then query the trackbar's Value property.
