Look in the object model in the help menu under documentation and the one
for application.
There are properties there including OS version and all your questions are
answered in the property list. Even in the method list.

Well, I guess that one was not too much clear; was it? What I want to know,
is if I can - by means of some instruction in my app code - get hold of the
Language ID for either the OS or WE. I mean, aside from going the long way
around the bush, and making some kind of entry in my XML, then to retrieve it
from there. What then, if the OS is not represented in the XML? So, I'd much
rather have a chance to get hold of the info directly in my code, if ever
possible.
