All the files you need are available in the Window-Eyes Scripting SDK,
which is available (along with examples for VB .NET, C#, VB6, and C++
2005/2008) on the Developer Resources part of App Central:

Is this the same Windoweyes DLL we used a few years ago?

I couldn't find where they are located (Downloaded From) in the
scripting Docs and it wasn't mentioned in the WIKI Article about
scripting in the External App sub-section.
