Hi Scriptors: I have created a VB.net Scripting Tutorial. I would like someone to try it out. It is short: Create a VB.net project, copy a couple of DLLs into the Bin and reference them and, change a couple of Project settings and paste one code block into a file in the project. Then the project is ready to build and test. You can either associate the executable file with another program like Notepad or just use it as a Global Script for testing ( I demo setting it up to work with Notepad). I will be glad to help if you get stuck or have questions. That way I can improve the Tutorial so others wont have the same questions or problems if any crop up prior to posting it someplace. It is just a zipped folder with everything inside the folder. It is not a vb.net Project but a tutorial with the 2 DLLs and the CodeBlock. This way it will be independent of the version of VB.net you are running - or at least I hope that will be the case. I developed it in vb.net 2008 Express. Rick USA
