I downloaded 7zip and it opens it up fine. Just had lost those programs
last fall.
I think the winzip is not free so I did not look for that one and the
7zip.exe is the one to download if anyone is interested for the .msi does
not
work with windows7, wrong format...

I think they are cab files. I can open them with Winzip as cab files.

A while ago, last year, a question was asked about opening the .wepm
files as zip files, is that correct? If so, why is not unzipping without
corrupt errors?
