Yup, and when I asked them about it they completely denied it that anything changed.

Suddenly, the drop down menu which gives no indication that it is even open, seems to reorder itself, and the menu bar gains focus. I haven't had time to really look at this but I have seen this kind of thing before, and I think the highlighted menu bar which contains File, Edit, Search, View etc are being blocked or hidden from getting focus in the way that window-eyes needs to access them or covered by some toolbar.
