Yes; providing additional search criteria is on our list to add to
GWConnect. Unfortunately, it will only be able to return information
based on what people provide for public searches. Have you tried your
friend's email address to see if it returns any results?

Would it be possible in the search screen, to have a field where you could
enter the country you want to include in your search? OK, it would demand that
the users had entered their country, when registering. But I think most people
will have done so. If I could have narrowed down the search to only the ones
living in the country where I know he is living, it sure would be far less
contacts to select from.
Will this be possible in a later version?
