Thanks, David.
We'll get this fixed.

Hi developers,
I have been struggling the newest version of the UIDesign app (V1.28)
for several days. I did download the app a second time, even tried to
remove it and re-install it, in case anything had got corrupted.
Now, I wonder, if any of you can confirm this to be a bug.
The thing occurs, when you try to perform a translation. So, for a
test, try to make a tiny XML file, named Test.xml or the like. Produce
a couple of strings in the file, by means of the UIDesign. Then make a
copy of your English language section, to any other language. You
don't need to know the language itself, for this test. Let's say, you
copy your English section, to German.
Now, go to the Tools menu, and choose Translate, and then choose
Untranslated entries.
The app will pop up a screen, showing you the first untranslated
string. You also are offered two edit boxes, one holding the English
string, the other is meant for your translation. And, here is where
the bug creeps in.
Tab to the edit field that should hold your translation. Now start to
type. What happens? On my system, soon as I hit the first keystroke of
my typing in the translated field, the app crashes, and throws an
error report on me. I have send error reports to the Author, but not
sure if the "send report" feature always works.
This behavior is new. As late as a couple of versions ago, I could
easily enter translations into the translation field. The way it
stands at the moment, I will have to open and edit the XML file
manually, in things like Notepad. This is quite a task, specially
since the XML code is not sorted with one node on each line. The whole
code, does show up as one continous bulky amount of text. Refinding
and editting several strings for different languages, is an excessive
job, the way the code shows up in Notepad.
Therefore, I was wondering if anyone please could tell me, if they are
able to type into the translation field. Not sure what would cause the
trouble, but it sure does delay my release of the update to the
Extended Dictionary app, since I now will have to perform a good
amount of manual job. Well, guess that is what comes from becoming too
dependent on an app for your job, Smile!
Thanks for any feedback, and thanks for the UIDesign app, which really
does save us a great amount of work, once it does its job propperly.
