Hi!

The issue is my old notebook XP machine had Avast on it and at the
beginning of this month TV Land video's quit working. I experimented and it
seems it is only XP machines it is happening on. At least my XP computers.

So I tried it on my Windows 7 machine and they do run, of course along with
the commercials.

Now I noticed a few issues with video's from other news sites, then noticed
a not so announced update needed for Adobe Flash to 14 version and once loaded
the news video ran OK, but not TV Land.

I removed Avast then all the permissions seemed to be shut off. I am not
sure if Avast did it but suspect it did. Now playing around with permissions I
do not want to mess up the computer.

So I will check into the 2 hints posted along with Rod's off the list. I
was busy roofing and wanting to get that done before the next rain, so tomorrow
is all outside and not on the computer.

I am not sure if all the hints were for Windows 7 and later, all I know is
it did it to my Notebook XP.

There are Full Episodes on TV Land you can watch and was just looking at
the Dick Van Dyke episodes at the moment but all episodes from all programs are
not working.
If anyone knows if TV Land has blocked XP computers let me know, or test it
from your XP computer and see if it works to sort out XP cut off as a result of
no Microsoft support.

        Bruce

Did you check to make sure the scripts are trusted?

I have removed an anti virus sofware and now all the apps are turned off, when
attempting to turn thm on they turn right off again.

    What could be causing this?
