Hi Jim,
To end this thread, first when loading the upgrade I was in Outlook Express
and when just clicking on an email to read it, the Windoweyes crashed. The
sound which sounds like a tiny squeak toy happened which always indicates
Windoweyes has crashed and no more keyboard response for Windoweyes.
Then when forced to power down and power up to reinstate Windoweyes I had
the other issues.
I was in the process of getting an app packaged and uploaded when this
happened and was not in a very good mood; thinking that an upgrade is safe...
So, to end this thread, the error report was sent when the error report
popped-up and GW Micro is aware of it.
I was not in a very good mood since I had many things to do but waste my
time unloading 9 and get back up and running...
Sincerely
Bruce

See the readme file on your selecting text in outlook express issue.
Also see the readme file about using window-eyes 9.0 with windows xp. It is
time for a upgrade for windows.

Subject: Windoweyes 9 Mistake!
I downloaded Windoweyes 9 and installed it and that was a big mistake.
First the Email Outlook Express when entering into an Email it died! That
little twerp sound when the hotkeys die was made and no function of the keys.
Then after rebooting and sending the error report I could not read my
emails, could not select items using the arrow shift keys.
In essence, Windoweys 9 is a joke and should not have been released!
I just spent an hour, and still more installing all my upgrades until 8.4
to get my computer back to normal...I am only on 8.0 and still working at it.
Sincerely
Bruce
