This bugs affects me too:
My kernel:  3.2.0-26-generic SMP x86-64
S.O version: Ubuntu 12.04
Gwibber version: gwibber-3.4.2-0ubuntu1
Laptop: Dell Inspiron N4050

Yeah, I can reproduce, it's just execute
$ gwibber
On terminal and this messages appears:

** (gwibber:3093): WARNING **: streams.vala:148:
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Python.sqlite3.OperationalError: Traceback
(most recent call last):

    retval = candidate_method(self, *args, **keywords)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gwibber/microblog/storage.py", line

    results = self.db.execute(query, (account, time, transient))
OperationalError: database is locked

(gwibber:3093): Json-CRITICAL **: json_node_get_array: assertion `node != NULL'
failed

It's crashs sometimes,but, it's on initialization that message appears,
not when it crash, I think.

** Also affects: gwibber
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New
